title: Peering into intriguing little niches
Ah. The past week has been filled with quite a lot of stuff despite it being after the exams :o
I went quite a few times to Ion for food till I kinda know the basement relatively well already hah. And Anna and I discovered that this CD shop at B4 sells pretty cheap Disney dvds. Come to think of it I haven't watched quite a few of those traditional Disney cartoons and I don't think I'll ever outgrow them 'cause I really enjoy those cartoons (ie not the Pixar type of 3D ones but those 2D ones where the artists sketch many many drawings and put them together)!
On Friday we tried out yet another coffee shop at Far East haha. Before EYAs Lisa, Joni and I vowed to try every single coffee shop at Far East after the exams were over haha :D The claypot noodles I had were so good! And there's this shop selling Japanese snacks cheap! I told my aunt she can go there to buy next time (:
Options have been pretty fun! I'm in Environmental Bio, Coffee Consumption and discovering the roles of mothers in Chinese films. Bio is, of course, VERY interesting and we get to go on fieldtrips every week. Beat that! Haha :D We're even making a night trek at Lower Peirce and possibly going to Chek Jawa WHOOHOO. The camera is indispensable there! We got to get up close and personal with coffee beans for the coffee option haha (: Pity I don't like coffee; all the sampling in class loses some of its glamour. But anyway. From Crop To Cup: sounds interesting, doesn't it? And we watched a very sad movie for Chinese today called 樱桃 about a mother who was mentally handicapped. ): ): ):
Looking forward to Thursday hehheh :D
